What information do you need for a quotation?
To make a good quotation, we will need the following things:
- Product drawings or 3D model data files.
- The quantity of products you are going to make.
How much time do you need to give me a quote?
Usually, a quotation for a product is sent within 2 days after we receive the inquiry with all the necessary details.
What design files can you accept from our company?
Most CAD based programs, e.g. DWG, DXF, IGES and most commonly used formats.
What industries do you serve?
We serve a variety of industries including medical device, automotive, lighting, aerospace, technology, consumer product, and electronics.
What certifications do you have?
Gensun is currently certified ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13486:2016, ISO 14001:2015.
Do you design the products?
Product designs and drawings are provided by the customer.
What materials do you work with?
We’re capable of working on machining projects with a complex array of components and materials – from plastics to Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Bronze and Zinc Alloy.
Can you supply completed parts?
Yes, when extra details such as plating, anodizing, powder coating, etc are required we co-ordinate with our existing subcontractors who specialize in their given field. We can therefore serve as a one-stop-shop with only one account.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T in advance if the amount is less than USD 5,000. If it’s more than USD 5,000 we accept a 60% deposit by T/T in advance, and the remaining 40% before shipment by T/T.
